The Product Manager – Speciality Gases will be responsible for driving the growth, strategy, and profitability of the speciality gas portfolio across India. The role focuses on high-value gases used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, research, calibration, and advanced manufacturing, ensuring strong market penetration and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilty

Develop and execute product strategies for speciality gases (high purity gases, calibration gases, gas mixtures, rare gases, etc.)
Identify new business opportunities and applications across industries such as pharma, semiconductor, laboratories, and research institutions
Drive revenue growth and profitability of the speciality gases portfolio
Provide technical expertise and application support to the sales and customer teams
Manage product lifecycle including development of new gas mixtures and customized solutions
Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy formulation
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, OEMs, and institutional clients
Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent product quality and availability
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality certifications
Support business expansion initiatives including new product launches and market entry strategies

Qualification and Requirments

Strong technical knowledge of speciality gases and their applications
Experience in handling high purity gases, gas mixtures, and calibration standards
Strong commercial acumen with focus on margins and value-added solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
Leadership capability with experience in cross-functional coordination

Preferred Industry Exposure:

Speciality gases (Ultra High Purity gases, calibration gases, rare gases, mixtures)
Exposure to industries such as pharmaceuticals, electronics/semiconductors, research labs, environmental monitoring
Experience with gas handling systems and analytical instruments is an added advantage
